03.13.25: In my opinion regarding LOT 3180: The desk is not antique, I would estimate late 20thc, the marble top is intact with only some minor, typical roughness along edges, light spotting and minor wear, the structure is sturdy with minimal veneer wear including some rubs, tonal variation and slight nicks to edges, metal mounts are present and secure with light mellowing, some rubs and light patination, no major loss or wear observed
