06.05.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3141: I note that the sideboard is presently intact and structurally sturdy, the marble top exhibits inherent natural inclusions and fissures, as well as minor abrasions and typical light chipping to edges commensurate with use, the marble is intact with a restoration at the front right edge, the drawers currently operate smoothly, with light surface wear to the felt lining, as described the bar cabinet lighting is in need of wiring, I observe minute lacquer flaked loss, and minor lacquer lifting above the front legs at points of curvature, there is typical minor chipping and abrasions to the case, particularly at the lower edge of apron
