CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3374 - the mirror was examined on the wall, hanging hardware may have been added since the time of photography, the painted wood surfaces exhibit overall wear including rubs, scattered touch ups, stable craquelure, and small areas of paint loss, light wood wear is present throughout including minor nicks, abrasions, edge rubs, and accumulated grime, the painted panel with landscape scene is overall intact and is wavy/ loose within the frame, the panel exhibits visible craquelure and age lines, with a few minute scattered flakes, the mirror plate is flat and appears possibly later, all mentioned consistent with age, display, and the rustic nature of the piece
