9.22.25 - I am not an expert on such figures and invite you to request further information should you need after reviewing the numerous images provided, the piece appears overall intact, a UV light examination reveals that both hands are intact with restoration likely professional, a seam is visible at the fingers as shown in closeup images, the pins to the hands appear replaced though both move freely, the head and tongue operate smoothly, surfaces display expected wear and rubbing to gilt and painted decoration, with minor roughness and wear noted under the foot, the Velcro on the underside was not removed and this area was not examined
