03/17/2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3119- please refer to online images for complete and full views as I am unable to fully view the top crown or side panels which may have some typical small losses or repairs, online images are available with zoom, the cabinet presents in sturdy and stable condition exhibiting a warm tonal patina, I note slight nicks, small areas of wood wear, rubs and minute scattered finish loss, the doors open well and interior shelving appears stable, the lowest shelf is a half shelf with open space from center to back of cabinet see image, two lower drawers slide well and appear largely clean to the interior, all observed wear minor and commensurate with age and use
