06.03.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT 1043: Please note that the painting is not encased behind glass, the surface appears to have a sealant or applied medium to protect the underlying pigments from the elements that accounts for the slightly reflective nature in the images, close visual and UV light examinations are unremarkable and do not yield evidence of restoration, nor do I observe paint losses or notable discoloration/ tonal variations, board is free from observed losses (not examined outside frame) and remains securely encased within the framing
