1.17.25-In my opinion regarding LOT 2190: "Showing Lots of Promise" by Wayne Baize is framed and behind glass, the work was examined out of frame, a UV examination was unremarkable, the art board sheet is intact with no rips, tears, or significant areas of loss; minor wear is observed along the back edges of the paper, as shown in accompanying images, the artwork remains well-defined and crisp, with no major issues noted, see images, the frame is intentionally distressed, displaying only a few small nicks/light wear along the edges, textile inner trim/liner exhibits only minor picks, glass is intact with no chips or cracks, the paintings in this collection were well cared for, and in my opinion no major areas of concern or loss are noted in this work, as I am not an expert I have taken numerous images for your review
