Genl. (Lt. Col. John Withers, Tennessee, Texas, c. 1827-1893, West Pont class of 1849), further signed by an Asst. Adj. Genl, at Headquarters, Department of Norfolk, in the name of General Benjamin Huger on April 15, 1862, and particularly addressed at lower left to "Headquarters, 1st Brigade", sight approx. 10.25"h, 7.75"w, frame 17"h, 14.5"w, for shipping 2.75lbs *Note: Less than 30 days later, c.
