05-26-2026: In my opinion regarding LOT: 1178- the table is in stable and sturdy condition, the circular top exhibiting light surface wear, tonal variations, with a lighter spot noted at center, see images, light nicks and rubs, the base shows wear/impressed rubs on mid/upper legs, likely a result of the chairs being pushed in and out, minor nicks and scattered wear, the leaves are not currently accessible, please refer to online images, they show the same light wear, all commensurate with its mid-20thc age and use
