5.22.26-In my opinion regarding LOT:  1180- the chair is overall sturdy and intact, the cushions remain firm and sit well, I note some expected slight dirt, minor spotting, and scattered wear, minor and mostly observed along the seat cushion and arm edges, there is spotting under the cushion on the bottom of the seat, see image, bottom, legs are stable and carving remains crips, I note some minor wood wear/loss and light scuffing, all mentioned commensurate with vintage age and gentle use
