CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3109 - the sideboard is in stable and sturdy condition, the marble top is impact with some light abrasions and typical small roughness/chipping along molded and rear edges, I note a small area of fill along front edge, the wood case displays light tonal variation, minor nicks, rubs and light drawers and doors operate well, the curved side drawers are a bit tight, interiors show only light wear and spotting, the interior central shelf has been replaced and is composed of three natural wood planks, metal gallery trim is with some minor bending, mirror plates exhibit some spotting and wear, lower left open platform shelf is intact and sturdy with stabilized splits, all mentioned commensurate with age, display and use
