CR 1.5.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT: 3108 - the structure is in sturdy and stable condition, the marble top is intact with some typical small abrasions, and minute scattered roughness/chips along the molded and back edges, I further note light spotting/staining, and sticker residue, the case is largely clean with only some small scuffs, nicks, tonal variation and some small imperfections to the finish, drawers and doors all operate correctly, interior drawers retain an old green liner, shelving is secure, metal mount exhibit some patination and spotting, all are present, all mentioned minor and commensurate with vintage age and use
