02.05.26 - In my opinion regarding LOT 2150: I note that the secretary stand sturdy, the drawers operate smoothly and the fall-front remains tight on hinges, the veneer having an overall uniform finish, and the marble top exhibits a few minute fleabites at the edges, as is typical, the fall-front having a few small, minor splits extending from the left-hand edge near lower corner (see image), the leather writing surface remains securely inset, with typical light tonal variations associated with minor fading and discoloration, as well as typical minor surface wear such as light abrasions and spotting commensurate with age and use
