Mackenzie-Childs "Pressed Flowers" console table, 21st c., inset glass top framed by hand-painted beige and white stripes, over shaped apron with "Courtly Check" corner blocks, tapering legs with lattice pattern, joined by under tier, on turned feet, finished on all sides, approx 32.25"h, 48"w, 14"d **Provenance: A luxury home in Westlake Hills, Texas**
6.21.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2216-The table is sturdy and intact, both upper and lower glass are free of any noted chips or cracks, the lower glass has some sort of decorative clear and floral pattern liner to the underside of the glass, this is peeling and torn in a couple of places, I have taken images for your review, otherwise, I observe only some very minor and light wear to paint and frame, commensurate with use, no major loss observed
