6.21.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 2215-The table is in overall sturdy good condition, legs appear intact with only a few small glaze pops noted mainly at center leg underneath the table, see images, there is very minor surface wear throughout the tabletop, particularly noted in the black squares, and some small areas of finish loss along edges, all minor and commensurate with use, no major loss observed
