04.27.2026- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3358- both lamps are overall intact, as described, while equipped with US wiring, the wires are unsafe and nonoperable, one is partially cut, the lamps are in need of wiring, a careful UV light examination of visible porcelain reveals no chips, cracks or evidence of restoration, I note only some small glaze skips/chips, inherent pitting and imperfections, light wear and rubs to painted surface, and possible small chip at foot rim, I did not examine the vases under the lid or foot, fittings are brightly gilded with some rubs, mellowing and wear, they are accompanied by worn shades with some tears, dirt and loss, overall the lamps present well with no major areas of loss or concern to porcelain
