English brass-bound rosewood writing slope/ travel desk, early 19th c., hinged lid centering vacant cartouche, opening to inset writing surface, either side lifting to reveal open storage, one side fitted with three concealed drawers, fitted with pen and ink receptacles, retaining two glass inkwells, one panel of writing surface present but detached at central seam, approx 6"h, 19.25"w, 10.25"d, 9lbs
